Import Substitution In Terms Of Sanctions And Counter-Sanctions: Successes, Problems And Prospects

Abstract

The article deals with economic sanctions and counter-sanctions as an instrument of political and economic pressure, the role of sanctions in the implementation of import substitution policy. The success and the problem of import substitution as a tool of economic policy are considered on the example of Russia.
