Internazionalizzazione, trasformazione delle core competence e post crisi economica: il caso della Bimal Srl

Abstract

La crisi economica ha colpito le imprese in un momento di grande interdipendenza globale. Il presente contributo propone l?analisi dell?esperienza di una media impresa umbra ed ? rivolta a comprendere gli effetti della crisi economica sui cambiamenti nelle strategie competitive in un contesto globale post crisi. L?analisi si articola attraverso due chiavi di lettura: la prima storica avente ad oggetto l?analisi della nascita, del consolidamento e della trasformazione delle competenze interne dell?azienda; la seconda strategica, volta ad analizzare le strategie competitive pre crisi, l?ingresso e la reazione alla crisi nel biennio 2008-2009 e il cambiamento organizzativo post crisi individuando la traiettoria di sviluppo pianificata dall?azienda.
