Giovani nel mercato del lavoro: transizioni, ricerca e qualit?

Abstract

Il contributo propone un?analisi delle transizioni nel mercato del lavoro e delle strategie di ricerca di un?occupazione dei giovani di 18-29 anni nel periodo 2014-2016. A tal fine sono utilizzati i dati panel dell?indagine campionaria Plus condotta da Inapp. La prima parte del contributo ha la finalit? di studiare le transizioni nel mercato del lavoro considerando le differenze in termini di condizione occupazionale, con particolare attenzione all?atipicit? contrattuale. La seconda parte si concentra sui canali di ricerca di lavoro, considerando quelli utilizzati e quelli che hanno dato l?occupazione, anche guardando alla sua qualit?.
