Unmasking the imposter: Do fake hotel reviewers show their faces in profile pictures?

Abstract

•Fake reviews can be identified through examining users' profile pictures.•Absence of profile picture is more likely in fake reviews.•Absence of face is more likely in profile picture of fake reviews.
