AHP analysis of key success factors for enterprise transformation; From the viewpoint of project management process

Abstract

This study applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify key success factors in enterprise transformation, focusing on project management processes. It provides a structured decision-making framework for strategic change.
