Vulneración de derechos materiales de niñas y niños en la Argentina. Nivel, estructura y brechas entre unidades subnacionales

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza el nivel, estructura y distribución de la vulneración de un grupo de derechos materiales de niñas y niños en la Argentina. Para ello, se construyen índices sintéticos de vulneración de derechos de niñas y niños con datos de fuentes diversas para el período 2010-2015. El trabajo supone que es posible asociar una dimensión a cada derecho, y que las dimensiones pueden ser medidas con indicadores provenientes de las fuentes disponibles. Los resultados muestran la desigualdad territorial en el ejercicio efectivo de derechos y, que las desigualdades dentro de las jurisdicciones son, en algunos casos, más amplias que aquellas que se observan entre las mismas.
