Abstract

O artigo analisa as atitudes dos migrantes. O principal objetivo da pesquisa é identificar as principais razões pelas quais as pessoas migram do Samarcanda, Uzbequistão para outros países. Uma análise Q generalizada, que incorpora e integra dados qualitativos e quantitativos, permite descobrir padrões comuns nas atitudes dos migrantes. Os resultados da pesquisa corroboram os resultados de estudos anteriores de que aqueles que migram não são os mais pobres e menos educados, mas aqueles que têm renda e educação suficientes para migrar.
