Abstract

Le laboratoire GAEL (Inra, Université de Grenoble) et l'association éco-citoyenne CLCV livrent, en février 2017, une étude sur l'étiquetage des produits alimentaires, co-construite et co-réalisée dans une démarche participative. Centrée sur les consommateurs, cette étude intègre différentes dimensions d'une alimentation durable : nutrition, environnement, Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises… avec une attention particulière aux catégories défavorisées de la population. Elle montre que le souhait de disposer de plus d'informations n'implique pas leur usage dans l'acte d'achat. Elle débouche sur des recommandations pour améliorer l'information sur les emballages que les consommateurs jugent incomplète, peu claire et peu fiable et qu'ils peinent à utiliser efficacement.
