Zeitarbeit und Interimsmanagement in Deutschland — Ein empirischer und institutioneller Vergleich

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei Zeitarbeit und Interimsmanagement handelt es sich um zwei Formen eines betriebsübergreifenden Personaleinsatzes, die einerseits eine sehr ähnliche ökonomische Grundstruktur aufweisen, andererseits aber in Deutschland institutionell sehr unterschiedlich geregelt sind und über zwei getrennte Märkte mit sehr unterschiedlichen Merkmalen (Akteure, Marktsegmente, Preisstrukturen) gehandelt werden. Im Aufsatz werden Zeitarbeit und Interimsmanagement empirisch und institutionell verglichen. Insbesondere wird eine institutionenökonomische Erklärung für die zu beobachtenden institutionellen Unterschiede zwischen beiden Bereichen präsentiert.
