Haftung und Innovation: Ordonomische Überlegungen zur Aktualisierung der ordnungspolitischen Konzeption

Abstract

Dieser Beitrag wirft einen kritischen Blick auf die maßgeblich von Walter Eucken in den 1930er und 1940er Jahren ausgearbeitete ordnungspolitische Konzeption. Aus heutiger Sicht und insbesondere aus der Theorieperspektive des ordonomischen Forschungsprogramms werden zwei Defizite diagnostiziert: Der ordnungspolitischen Konzeption mangelt es erstens an einer explizit wachstumspolitischen Ausrichtung. Zweitens vertritt sie im Hinblick auf Haftungsfragen eine Radikalposition, die korrekturbedürftig ist. Dieser Beitrag erläutert, wie sich beide Defizite beheben lassen: Im Zuge einer Aktualisierung der ordnungspolitischen Konzeption werden ordonomische Überlegungen entwickelt, wie man Haftung und Innovation für nachhaltiges Wachstum durch geeignete Rahmenbedingungen fördern kann.
