"Erfolg" von Gründungen: Kriterien zur Beurteilung des unternehmerischen Erfolges

Abstract

Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt sich mit dem Verständnis von "Erfolg" von Gründungen auseinander und untersucht Kriterien zur Erfolgsbeurteilung von Neugründungen. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist es, einen ersten vertiefenden Überblick zu ausgewählten Einzelkriterien für Erfolg von Neugründungen zu geben. Statt einer auf Vollständigkeit zielenden Darstellung erfolgt somit eine detaillierte Auseinandersetzung mit in der Gründungsforschung häufig verwendeten Erfolgskriterien. Dafür wird der "Erfolg" aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven beleuchtet, wobei im Fokus die "objektiven" und "subjektiven" Erfolgsmaße stehen. Unter dem Rückgriff auf die grundlegenden Erfolgsindikatoren aus theoretischer Sicht erfolgt eine weitere Annäherung an die Frage nach den Erfolgskriterien im Rahmen einer Onlinebefragung einer kleinen Gruppe von UnternehmerInnen. Dabei wird gefragt, welche Indikatoren aus der Perspektive der UnternehmerInnen theoretisch als Erfolgskriterien heranzuziehen seien und welche Indikatoren sie selbst für die Erfolgseinschätzung des eigenen Unternehmens heranziehen. Die untersuchten Erfolgsmaße betreffen zum Einen die "objektiven" Kriterien Gewinn, Umsatz, Mitarbeiterzahl sowie Forschung und Entwicklung, Investitionstätigkeit und Marktposition sowie zum Anderen die "subjektiven" Kriterien Unabhängigkeit, Selbstverwirklichung und Arbeitszufriedenheit.
