Abstract

Aparılan tədqiqatın məqsədi Azərbaycan turizm sektoruna təsir edən daxili və xarici amillərin aşkar və təhlil edilməsindən ibarətdir. Tədqiqat işində turizm sektorunun dünyadaki son tendensiyaları tədqiq edilmiş, daha sonra Azərbaycanda turizm sektorunun mövcud vəziyyəti və makroiqtisadi göstəricilərin təsiri təhlil edilmişdir. Modelləşdirmə baxımından isə Azərbaycanda beynəlxalq turizm bazarı geniş təhlil edilmiş və beynəlxalq turizmə olan tələb funksiyası ekonometrik qiymətləndirilmişdir. Qiymətləndirmə zamanı Balanslaşdırılmış Panel Göstərici Üsulundan istifadə edilmişdir. Qiymətləndirmələrdən əldə edilən nəticələrə görə, Azərbaycanda beynəlxalq turizm tələbinin formalaşmasında qeyri-iqtisadi amillər (keçmiş təəssüratlar, əhalinin artımı, infrastruktur və institutsional vəziyyət) çox böyük rol oynayır. Bundan fərqli olaraq isə ticarət dövriyyəsi, qiymətlərin ümumi səviyyəsi və gəlirlər kimi iqtisadi amillər turizm tələbinin formalaşmasında ya çox az rol oynayır, ya da heç rol oynamırlar. İqtisadi amillərdən yalnız valyuta məzənnəsinin marinal təsiri aşkar edilib. Qiymətləndirmə nəticəsində əldə edilən ən mühim nəticələrdən biri odur ki, institusional göstəricilərin səviyyəsi Azərbaycan turizm sektorunun inkişafında əhəmiyyətli təsir əmsalına malikdir. Digər əldə edilən nəticələrə görə, Azərbaycan turizm sektoruna yatırılan investisiyaların səmərəliliyi aşağıdır. Bu isə ölkənin turizm sektorunun rəqabətqabiliyyətlinə mənfi təsir göstərir.
