This book is based on the research conducted for my doctoral dissertation in fulfillment of the PhD in Science, specializing in Agricultural Economics and Local Development. The central hypothesis posits that the application of agricultural economics to farming and forestry activities provides essential insights for sustainable local development, serving as a vital tool for policymakers and decision-makers. Consequently, this study emphasizes the strategic importance of economic analysis in these sectors.
