[Standardization and responsible management. The role of standards for implementation of green management models]

Abstract

The paper explore standards as "soft" regulatory instruments, emphasizing their voluntary application in various economic sectors. It focuses on the dynamic interaction between the individual models of standardization, based on initiatives respectively of governments, market and society. The topics of creating and implementing "green" / sustainable standards as a manifestation of a new management caracteristic with increasing efficiency and stakeholder involvement are discussed.
