Abstract

"Die vorliegende Studie betrachtet die Arbeitsmarktsituation von Migrantinnen und Migranten in Hamburg anhand verschiedener Indikatoren. Wir untersuchen die Erwerbsbeteiligung, die Betroffenheit von Arbeitslosigkeit, die Beschäftigungsstruktur und -entwicklung sowie die Entlohnung. Zudem vergleichen wir den Arbeitsmarkterfolg für unterschiedliche Gruppen von Migrantinnen und Migranten. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf den geschlechtsspezifischen Unterschieden im Arbeitsmarkterfolg." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
