Abstract

"Ende des Jahres 2011 wurde der Gründungszuschuss grundlegend umgestaltet. Insbesondere wurde er von einer Pflicht- in eine Ermessensleistung umgewandelt und das Budget erheblich gekürzt. Im vorliegenden Bericht werden die Wirkungen der Reform in den Arbeitsagenturen und für die Geförderten nachgezeichnet und anhand der Reformziele eingeschätzt. Dabei wird auf quantitative und qualitative Befragungen zurückgegriffen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
