Les mécanismes de protection des innovations contre l’imitation : un cadre d’analyse générique et un inventaire

Abstract

Wie können Innovationen gegen Nachahmungen geschützt werden ? In den zurückliegenden Jahrzehnten wurden zwar viele Schutzmechanismen geschaffen, doch wurden sie noch nicht in einem kohärenten analytischen Rahmen registriert. Diesem Ziel widmet sich dieser Artikel, der ein Analyseschema auf der Basis von sechs generellen Mechanismen zum Schutz von Innovationen vorschlägt, und dann deren konkrete Anwendung in inter- und intraorganisatorischen Zusammenhängen inventarisiert, wobei eine funktionelle Analogie zwischen diesen Schutzmechanismen auf den verschiedenen Ebenen der Analyse erkennbar wird.
