L'art de passer les frontières cognitives reste à inventer !

Abstract

Cette communication s'intéresse au partage des connaissances et au dépassement des frontières d'un point de vue essentiellement conceptuel. Les frontières représentent une limite à franchir pour diffuser des connaissances afin d'innover en même temps qu'elles représentent une protection pour les organisations et les institutions scientifiques et techniques. Les frontières sont multiples et a priori objectives : entre projets, entre organisations, entre types de connaissance, entre disciplines scientifiques et bien entendu entre acteurs. Mais sont-elles si objectives que cela ? La succession des approches possède une histoire dans le domaine du knowledge management (Snowden, 2002), aussi il peut être utile de resituer le propos de ces différentes recherches.
