Un développement véritablement durable : quelle compatibilité avec le capitalisme financier ?

Abstract

Cette communication a un double objectif : jeter les bases d'un projet de "développement véritablement durable" (DVD), d'une part, et identifier les principaux points de blocage à sa réalisation dans le champ du financement des entreprises, d'autre part. Ces dernières sont en effet considérées comme l'un des acteurs clés dans la réalisation du DVD, lui-même fondé sur quatre pôles "fonctionnalisés". Le papier montrera que les modalités actuelles du régime financier fondé sur la valeur actionnariale, constituent un frein important à la réalisation des objectifs du DVD. Par ailleurs, ces objectifs révéleront leur congruence avec une démarche en économie politique critique.
