Abstract

Cette communication présente les résultats de trois démarches de recherche-action menées auprès de tiers-lieux de l'économie sociale et solidaire en Pays de la Loire. L'objectif était d'accompagner ces organisations dans une meilleure compréhension des motivations croisées de leurs usagers en recourant à la méthode Q. Mobilisant la littérature sur l'hybridation organisationnelle, nous interrogeons le sens sous-jacent à l'articulation de plusieurs publics d'usagers occupant une variété de rôles essentiels au bon fonctionnement des tiers-lieux et à leur capacité de transformation sociale.
