Abstract

Cette recherche explore l'impact des Progiciels de Gestion Intégrés (ERP) sur la fonction contrôle de gestion au sein des entreprises marocaines. Les résultats révèlent que les ERP renforcent le rôle analytique des contrôleurs et améliorent les processus budgétaires. Cependant, une sous-utilisation des fonctionnalités décisionnelles est observée, se traduisant par une dépendance persistante aux outils bureautiques comme Excel pour le calcul des coûts et la simulation budgétaire. L'étude conclut que l'ERP représente une opportunité de transformation pour le contrôle de gestion au Maroc, à condition de dépasser les obstacles liés à l'appropriation de l'outil et à la qualité de son implantation.
