Abstract

L'analyse de l'enseignement supérieur et du capital humain, nous amène à mettre l'accent sur l'acquisition de la connaissance à travers le système éducatif. A ce titre, il y a des liens directs et indirects entre les ordres d'enseignements. Enseignement supérieur et formation du capital humain au Mali. L'indice du développement humain, variable endogène, permettant d'évaluer le taux du développement humain, variable exogène c'est-à-dire les taux bruts de scolarisation (primaire, secondaire, supérieur), à court et long terme. En utilisant, l'outil mathématique, de la statistique descriptive et de la modélisation économétrique. Les résultats, à long terme, les « taux bruts de scolarisation du primaire et du supérieur sont significatifs », sauf au niveau secondaire. Ainsi l'enseignement supérieur, contribue au développement du capital humain au Mali. Il est un lieu de formation du capital humain, c'est-à-dire le « savoir-faire ».
