Abstract

Ce travail rappelle les propriétés de la fonction de cout restreint comme corollaires des relations de dualité entre la technologie et le comportement économique. La mesure du déséquilibre associé aux facteurs quasi-fixes et l'inférence de nouveaux équilibres sont dérivées à partir de cette même fonction. Le modèle économétrique associe, estime a partir de données d'exploitations céréalières du RICA, confirme l'existence d'économies d'échelle de court et long terme. Le principe de Le Chatelier-Samuelson est bien vérifié et explicite les nouvelles possibilités de substitution dans une situation ou la terre et le travail familial seraient optimaux.
