Abstract

Economic valuation of periurban landscape prices uses geographical data and analyses (land use, landscape patterns, distance from landscape attributes, and scenery view : viewshed, objects, forms). This article review the literature with regard to methods and results, and present price estimates for landscape features in the periurban belt of Dijon.
