La crowd logistics en danger

Abstract

La crowd logistics, l'un des symboles du succès incontesté de l'économie collaborative depuis quelques années, risque d'être la victime collatérale des contraintes sanitaires désormais imposées pour faire face à la propagation du Covid-19. La crise du coronavirus a effectivement mis « sous contrôle » les interactions sociales, ce qui pourrait impacter directement le recours à des logisticiens « amateurs », en privilégiant un retour en force des logisticiens « professionnels ».
