La contribution de la Fondation de France à l'empowerment territorial : Développement territorial endogène et processus d'innovation sociale

Abstract

Dans cette communication, nous abordons le soutien philanthropique à l'empowerment territorial à travers la stratégie d'intervention de deux des six délégations régionales de la Fondation de France (FdF). L'une l'a déployée sur un territoire rural, l'autre sur un territoire urbain. La FdF possède une conception de l'empowerment s'inscrivant dans un développement territorial qualifié d'endogène. Ce mode de développement territorial met en exergue la participation des habitants et la coopération entre différents acteurs locaux dans le but d'aider à la création d'activités et à la consolidation de liens sociaux. Nous voulons montrer que la FdF contribue à l'empowerment territorial, en renforçant les capacités d'expérimentation des acteurs implantés. La (re)création de proximités et de ressources qui en découle donne lieu à des innovations sociales repérables tout autant au niveau des projets finalisés que par les effets produits. 2
