L’entrepreneuriat universitaire au travers le prisme des options réelles

Abstract

Le développement de l'entrepreneuriat pose aux universités, un défi majeur. Des fonds ont été alloués par l'Etat afin de favoriser ce développement mais les montants sont largement insuffisants. Dans un contexte financier difficile pour l'enseignement supérieur public, pourquoi développer l'entrepreneuriat à l'université ? Au-delà de l'analyse des coûts engendrés par la mise en place d'une telle politique, l'entrepreneuriat est source d'opportunités qui peuvent être vues comme des options réelles. L'étude du cas de l'Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense permet d'en proposer une classification et démontre la pertinence de l'approche par les options réelles dans la gestion du développement de l'entrepreneuriat dans ce contexte.
