Abstract

Cet article aborde la problématique de l'analyse stratégique dans un contexte de petite entreprise en mutation. Il s'agit d'étudier la nature des problèmes stratégiques soulevés par le développement de l'entreprise vers un projet productif de nature réticulaire. Cette recherche révèle le caractère imparfait des modèles et outils stratégiques pour accompagner l'entrepreneur dans cette période délicate.
