Les Pratiques De Coordination En Environnement Volatile : Le Cas Des Forces Aeriennes Françaises En Situation Operationnelle

Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est d'analyser les pratiques de coordination en environnement volatile en examinant leur nature et leur contenu. Afin d'enrichir les perspectives du gestionnaire en termes de gestion de la coordination, nous cherchons à la fois à opérationnaliser le phénomène de coordination et à développer des approfondissements conceptuels. Nous adoptons une « vision pratique » (practice lens), considérant que les individus énactent leurs pratiques de coordination en situation.
