Abstract

Nous nous intéressons dans ce texte aux modes d'organisation et de management des départements de recherche, et à leurs évolutions récentes, du fait de la place croissante de l'innovation dans la stratégie des firmes. On observe en effet aujourd'hui de nombreuses réorganisations dans ces départements, qui visent une rationalisation de l'activité et une maximisation des performances. A partir d'une analyse de ces transformations, peut-on caractériser des formes et des outils de management de la recherche qui soient de nature à mieux répondre aux enjeux de l'entreprise en matière d'innovation ? Nous étudions plus spécifiquement l'apport des structures projets en recherche.
