Influencia de la nueva economía en la dirección de personas

Abstract

Con la evolución de las tecnologías de la información y el nacimiento de la nueva economía, la realidad del mercado laboral y las organizaciones está cambiando de forma profunda. Nos encontramos en una etapa fronteriza, en una época de transición donde conviven de forma simultánea distintas realidades. En este trabajo analizamos la influencia de la nueva economía en la dirección de personas para asentar las bases que permitan entender los desafíos fundamentales a los que se enfrentan las empresas en la nueva configuración económica y cómo responden a dichos retos. Con este fin hemos determinado un marco conceptual de análisis basado en la convicción de que en esta etapa de transición está determinada por la interacción, en continuo cambio, de determinadas fuerzas dinamizadoras del entorno y las respuestas estratégicas de las organizaciones. Se describe a continuación, por un lado, el impacto de la nueva economía en el mercado de trabajo, cómo y por qué se ha ido deteriorando la estructura sociolaboral creada tras la posguerra de la segunda guerra mundial y cuáles son las nuevas coordenadas a las que nos dirigimos; y por otro, cómo se modifican los modelos de negocio y cómo cambian los sistemas de dirección de personas en el nuevo entorno.
