Experimentos de elección: una metodología para hacer valoración económica de bienes de no mercado

Abstract

La valoración de los bienes de no mercado se constituye en un nuevo campo de estudio en el análisis económico, consolidado en el ámbito de los recursos naturales y por ahora con muy pocas aplicaciones entre los elementos del patrimonio cultural. En este trabajo se presentan los métodos de valoración directa e indirecta y se desarrolla el método de Experimentos de Elección. Esta herramienta permite desagregar el bien de no mercado en las diferentes características específicas que posee, para analizar el valor que la sociedad le otorga a cada uno de sus atributos y estimar de esta forma las medidas de bienestar ocasionado por cambios en sus atributos.
