Stable Schools in der Solidarischen Landwirtschaft. Ein transdisziplinäres Setting zur Förderung organisationaler Stabilität

Abstract

Auf eine vielversprechende Entwicklung im Agrar- und Ernährungssystem weist die stetig wachsende Zahl Solidarischer Landwirtschaftsbetriebe (SoLawi) weltweit. Diese verkörpern entgegen zunehmender Konzentrationsprozesse in der Landwirtschaft ein dezentrales, kleinräumiges und bedarfsgerechtes Wirtschaftsprinzip kleiner Einheiten, das sich der Problematik des Klimawandels und der planetaren Grenzen stellt. Jenseits anonymer Fremdversorgung und transnationaler Wertschöpfungsarchitekturen eröffnen SoLawis die Perspektive lokaler Ernährungsversorgung und weisen darüber hinaus auf die Möglichkeiten eines regionalen, nachhaltigen Wertschöpfungsraumes. Ihr Prinzip basiert auf einer transformativen Unter-nehmensform mit direkter Erzeuger*innen- und Verbraucher*innen-Kooperation als unmittelbarer, gemeinschaftsgetragener und marktferner Austauschbeziehung. Vor dem Hintergrund der transformativen Potenziale Solidarischer Landwirtschaftsbetriebe liegt dem Beitrag die Problematik ihrer betrieblichen Stabilität als einer Balance zwischen transformativen Zielen, sozialer Kohäsion und Wirtschaftlichkeit zugrunde. Die vorliegende Untersuchung konzentriert sich auf die Möglichkeiten der transdisziplinären empirischen Methode der Stable Schools (StS), um selbstorganisierte Lern- und Beratungsprozesse der SoLawi-Akteur*innen zu initiieren und zu unterstützen. StS gehen auf das Konzept der Farmer Field Schools (FFS) zur Selbstermächtigung von Bäuer*innen im globalen Süden zurück und werden im globalen Norden vor allem im Zusammenhang des Tierwohls erprobt. In einem modellhaften Setting von sieben StS-Workshops zu je maximal fünf SoLawis konnten gemeinsam themenbezogene Probleme erfasst, priorisiert und Lösungsansätze entwickelt werden. Ziel des Beitrags ist es, die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen dieses transdisziplinären Formats aufzuzeigen, um im Sinne der transformativen Wirtschaftswissenschaft eine Institutionalisierung der SoLawi-StS in der Praxis zu erreichen.
