Abstract

Se analizan los desequilibrios regionales en la política de descentralización colombiana, la desigualdad en los ingresos fiscales, el producto interno bruto, la prestación de los servicios públicos, la recaudación de impuestos durante el período 1996 y 2004. Se hacen recomendaciones para mejorar las condiciones económicas.
