Die Erstellung des Berichts erfolgte durch eine Arbeitsgemeinschaft, bestehend aus WPZ Research, Zentrum für Soziale Innovation (ZSI) und KMU Forschung Austria mit Unterstützung von VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik (iit), Technopolis und dem Industriewissenschaftlichen Institut (IWI).
