Abstract

Dieser Sammelband bietet keine Antworten auf alle im Vorwort aufgeworfenen Fragen der aktuellen Arbeitswelt. Vielmehr soll er als Anregung und Inspiration für die Gestaltung der Gegenwart und nahen Zukunft dienen. Die Grundlage liegt im hohen Praxisbezug der Kapitel. Die Autorinnen sind hauptberuflich in Unternehmen tätig und haben ihre Fragestellungen aus ihrem Arbeitsalltag abgeleitet. In Verbindung mit dem aktuellen Forschungsstand und empirisch erhobenen Daten bieten diese Beiträge aktuelle und tiefgehende Einblicke in Themen, die Führungskräfte, Personalmanagerinnen und -manager, Beratende und Studierende gleichermaßen betreffen.
