Pensionsübertrittsgeschehen 2010 bis 2022. Die Entwicklung von Erwerbsaustritten und Pensionsantritten in Österreich

Abstract

In dieser Studie wird das Pensionsübertrittsgeschehen in Österreich im Zeitraum 2010 bis 2022 untersucht. Sie analysiert die Pensionsantritte hinsichtlich Menge und Struktur nach Pensionsart, Geschlecht und betrieblichen Merkmalen sowie des durchschnittlichen Alters bei Pensionsantritt. Weiters werden Erwerbslücken zwischen der letzten Beschäftigung und dem Pensionsantritt hinsichtlich Dauer und Struktur untersucht. Schließlich wird die Erwerbskarriere unmittelbar vor dem Pensionsantritt bzw. der Erwerbslücke analysiert, um Arbeitsmarktdynamiken und Beschäftigungsmuster zu identifizieren, die den Übergang in die Pension prägen. Die Studie basiert auf am WIFO regelmäßig aufbereiteten, bereinigten und gewarteten Versicherungsdaten.
