Abstract

El número 4 de la colección tus Cogens titulado\' El derecho internacional y su influencia en las ciencias constitucional y económica modernas recoge dieciocho contribuciones arbitradas y que, según su temática, componen las cuatro secciones de este libro. La primera se dedica a los debates inacabados del derecho internacional. La segunda se ocupa de la internacionalización del derecho constitucional, en la que se hace énfasis en los textos constitucionales que instituyen la integración regional como un objetivo. La tercera parte del libro, dedicada a la seguridad latinoamericana, interroga si las modalidades de este concepto ofrecen oportunidades organizativas para la integración regional. La cuarta y última parte trata sobre las problemáticas de la integración económica. Un texto sugerente que enfrenta y debate varias de las más atractivas influencias del derecho internacional.
