Abstract

El futuro de las organizaciones internacionales: retos y. responsabilidades del multilateralismo en la pospandemia, es el título del número 9 de la Colección IUS COGENS: Derecho Internacional e Integración. Cuenta con 15 contribuciones arbitradas que, según su temática, componen los tres apartados de este volumen. El primero, dedicado a tos debates inacabados del derecho y la política internacional; el segundo, se ocupa de las organizaciones internacionales ante la pandemia; el tercero y último, se refiere a los intereses nacionales versus multilateralismo. Por el apoyo decidido en la convocatoria de este año merecen mención especial el programa regional Alianzas para la Democracia y el Desarrollo con Latino América (ADELA) y el programa regional Partidos Políticos y Democracia en América Latina (KAS PARTIDOS), ambos de la Fundación Konrad Adenauer y el Instituto de Negocios Internacionales de la Universidad Católica del Uruguay, y por su apoyo permanente y compromiso con nuestras acciones :académicas, no podemos olvidar a la Comisión Europea, la Delegación de la Unión Europea en Colombia, la Academia Diplomática Augusto Ramírez Ocampo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia, el Instituto Internacional de Altos Estudios Sociales, IIDAES, con sede en Lima, y la Red Internacional de Centros Universitarios y de Investigación de Expertos en Proceso de Integración, Integranet. Así, en otro año atípico por la permanencia de la pandemia que nos aqueja, damos la bienvenida a un fruto más de la perseverancia de la Cátedra Jean Monnet de la Universidad Externado de Colombia y de la creciente demanda de estudiantes y académicos -propios y ajenos- de estudios referidos a los principios fundamentales y a las normas generales del derecho internacional y dé la integración que, solo en el marco de esta Colección, completa 146 capítulos de investigación.
