Abstract

La defensa internacional de los intereses del Estado en América latina es el número inaugural de la Colección Temas de Derecho Internacional Público, que tiene como objetivo presentarles a la academia y a la comunidad internacional valiosas reflexiones que enriquecerán la comprensión crítica de los debates contemporáneos del Derecho Internacional y la gobernanza global. Esta publicación es un trabajo colectivo que resulta de amplias y profundas reflexiones, que en el marco de un evento reunió académicos, agentes estatales y expertos practicantes en la diferentes áreas del Derecho Internacional, con el fin de abordar algunas de las principales discusiones que surgen a partir de los efectos, los impactos y las consecuencias de los compromisos y las controversias internacionales de los Estados latinoamericanos.
