Abstract

El presente escrito pretende hacer algunasreflexiones acerca de las relaciones jurídicasexistentes entre la Constitución Política,el Tratado de Libre Comercio con EstadosUnidos (tlc), y el ordenamiento jurídico dela Comunidad Andina.En esta oportunidad se recogerán algunosplanteamientos hechos por el autoren publicaciones anteriores, con las actualizaciones,ampliaciones y precisiones quesurgen de un proceso tan dinámico como elde la internacionalización de las relacioneseconómicas y comerciales. El autor pide excusaspor citar algunos trabajos suyos, puesexiste un gran vacío de doctrina especializadasobre la materia, vacío que ojalá seallenado con prontitud.
