Оценка Стоимости Кредитования Венчурных Проектов На Основе Метода Реплицирующего Портфеля

Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос о стоимости кредитования венчурных проектов. Поставленная задача решается с точки зрения кредитора на основе метода построения реплицирующего портфеля. Получаемая величина процентной ставки кредитования зависит от срока, на который выдается кредит, степени рискованности проекта и доли собственных средств заемщика, вложенных в проект. Новизна представленного исследования состоит в применении стохастических методов к определению ставки по кредитному продукту. Предлагаемый подход допускает существование эффекта диверсификации, состоящего в снижении маржи за кредитный риск при одновременном кредитовании независимых друг от друга проектов. Отдельное внимание уделяется проблеме отсутствия арбитража при данном подходе к определению стоимости кредита.
