Abstract

В статье представлен эмпирический анализ корпоративного управления в частных компаниях и в компаниях со смешанной собственностью, а также влияния участия государства в собственности и корпоративном управлении на эффективность работы региональных компаний. Статья нацелена на выявление роли государства как собственника и как регулятора на развитие российских компаний посредством участия в собственности и в управлении. Частной задачей исследования являлось выяснение того, насколько система отношений с государством в корпоративной сфере может служить фактором эффективности работы и конкурентоспособности компаний.
