Les pôles de compétitivité français : un nouvel espace participant à la régulation de la relation formation/emploi ?

Abstract

Le présent article analyse l’émergence d’une régulation locale de la relation formation/emploi au sein des pôles de compétitivité. L’analyse des données des pôles de compétitivité fait ressortir deux groupes de pôles : l’un relatif aux pôles de compétitivité très investis dans la régulation locale de la relation formation/emploi et l’autre représentant les pôles moins investis que la moyenne des pôles de compétitivité. La structure des pôles, en particulier le poids des PME et des entreprises indépendantes et le poids des PME liées à un secteur technologiquement innovant, semblent favoriser la mise en place d’une régulation locale de la relation formation/emploi au sein des pôles de compétitivité français.
