Arbeitsbeziehungen und Sozialintegration in Industriebetrieben mit Beschaeftigten deutscher und auslaendischer Herkunft

Abstract

Der Artikel untersucht die Funktion der betrieblichen Arbeitsbeziehungen fuer die Sozialintegration in Betrieben mit Beschaeftigten deutscher und auslaendischer Herkunft. Empirisch gestuetzt durch Interviews, Gruppendiskussionen und eine standardisierte Befragung in drei Industriebetrieben werden die Betriebsraete als wichtige Akteure der betrieblichen Sozialintegration beschrieben. Eingebettet in ein Feld institutionalisierter industrieller Beziehungen sind sie zentrale Repraesentanten universalistischer Regelanwendung, die die Chance nicht-partikularistischer Interessenartikulation bieten und denen die Gleichbehandlung von Beschaeftigten weitgehend als Selbstverstaendlichkeit erscheint. Zusammen mit der wechselseitigen kollegialen Anerkennung im Arbeitsalltag bringen die betrieblichen Arbeitsbeziehungen in den untersuchten Betrieben bis jetzt eine vergleichsweise stabile Sozialintegration hervor. An der sozial ungleichen Positionierung von Herkunftsgruppen aendert sich dadurch jedoch nichts.
