Inflation, salaires et répartition dans l'industrie française (1969-1976)

Abstract

[fre] A partir des comptes de 2147 entreprises (22 % de la production et des effectifs de l'industrie), on explique comment la répartition de la valeur ajoutée et le partage salaire-profit dépendent à la fois de la conjoncture économique et de la conjoncture socio-politique. Le modèle de croissance du salaire nominal proposé montre que les variations du salaire nominal dépendent de la hausse des prix de détail et de l'environnement socio-politique dans les grandes entreprises, de cette hausse et des gains de productivité du travail dans les petites et moyennes entreprises. De plus, les hausses de salaires dans les grandes entreprises exercent une influence sur celles des autres entreprises l'année suivante. D'autre part, les variations de la part des salaires dans la valeur ajoutée expliquent, avec celles du taux d'intérêt, les fluctuations souvent fortes des frais financiers. From the accounts of 2147 firms (22% of industry production and wage-earners) it is explained how both economic conjoncture and socio-political environment account for added-value distribution and distribution between wages and net profits. The proposed model shows that nominal wages variations depend in big firms on consumer prices growth and socio-political environment whereas in smaller firms it is related to this growth and increase in labor productivity. Moreover, wage increase in bigger firms induces one in smaller firms after an one-year lug. Resides, variations in the share of wages in added-value together with those of interest rate account for the often important variations in interest payments. In the end, effects of socio-political environment on distribution between 1956 and 1980 are underlined.
