Abstract

Dalam makalah ini diperkenalkan sebuah model Supply untukekonomi pertanian Indonesia. Model ini terdiri dari model 'Adaptive response' untuk allokasi areal tanah dan model 'profit function' untuk produktivitas. Hasil pokok yang diperoleh dari model adalah: (1) program diversifikasi komoditi tanaman pangan harus memperhatikan persaingan tanah yang erat, (2) subsidi pupuk bisa diperkecilkan tanpa akibat supply yang terlalu besar dan (3) program kebijaksanaan harga yang sama di semua tempat dapat berakibat negatif terhadap pasar tenaga kerja. Dengan ekonomi yang makin maju dan rumit, dibutuhkan model supply yang konsisten untuk menaksirkan kebijaksanaan-kebijaksanaan sektor pertanian
