Munkanélküli-segélyezés Magyarországon a kilencvenes években
[Unemployment benefit in Hungary in the 1990s]

Abstract

Magyarországon a tömeges munkanélküliség megjelenésével egy időben vezették be a munkanélküli-segélyt. A cikk a segélyezési rendszer kilencvenes évekbeli történetét mutatja be, a vizsgálat középpontjába a segélyezés bőkezűségét a segélyhez jutó munkanélküliek arányának és a segélyek nagyságának alakulását állítva. A szerző választ keres arra, vajon a segélyben részesülők arányának és a segélyek relatív összegének jelentős csökkenése mennyiben tulajdonítható a szabályok változásainak, és mennyiben a munkanélküliek összetétel-változásának.
