Járadékjogosultsági időtartam és elhelyezkedés
[Benefit-entitlement periods and job-placement]

Abstract

2000 februárjától Magyarországon csökkent a munkanélküli-járadékra való jogosult-ság időtartama. A cikk a 2000. januárban, valamint 2000. február 1. és március 15. között járadékra kerülők kiáramlási ütemének összehasonlításával azt vizsgálja meg, vajon e változás befolyásolta-e a járadékban részesülők elhelyezkedési ütemét. Az összehasonlításra lehetőséget teremt, hogy a magyar segélyrendszerben az új sza-bályok csak az újonnan belépőkre érvényesek, ezért a szabályváltozás előtt járadék-ra kerülők még az új szabályok bevezetése után is a régi - kedvezőbb - feltételekkel részesültek járadékban. A hosszabb és rövidebb jogosultsággal rendelkező két minta között nem találtunk az elhelyezkedési ütem növekedésére utaló különbséget, sőt, több csoportban éppen a hosszabb jogosultsággal rendelkezők hagyták el gyorsabban a regisztert. Eredményeink tehát azt mutatják, hogy a jogosultsági időtartam csökkentése nem vezetett a járadékból történő kiáramlás gyorsulásához.
