Az üzemanyagpiaci árazási stratégiák komplex elemzése. Árréselemzés és a költségátadás vizsgálata
[A complex analysis of fuel market pricing strategies. Analysing margins and cost pass-through]

Abstract

A jelen cikk két empirikus kutatás eredményeit integrálja annak bemutatására, hogy az üzemanyagpiaci árazási stratégiák elemzése milyen komplex, többdimenziós megközelítést igényel. Az első tanulmány a vertikálisan integrált domináns vállalat költségátadási magatartását vizsgálja a magyar üzemanyagpiacon, különös tekintettel az aszimmetrikus költségátadás jelenségére. A második egy horizontális fúzió (MOL-AGIP) árhatásait elemzi, bemutatva, hogy az árhatások időben különböző szakaszokban jelentkeznek. A két elemzés együttesen rávilágít arra, hogy a piaci erő kihasználása különböző formákban jelenhet meg a piacokon (aszimmetrikus költségátadás, fúzió utáni áremelések), és hogy az árazási hatások komplex időbeli dinamikával rendelkeznek. A tanulmány fő hozzájárulása, hogy a magyar kiskereskedelmi üzemanyagpiac példáján bemutatja, hogy az árazási stratégiák átfogó megértéséhez elengedhetetlen a horizontális és vertikális piaci struktúrák, a térbeli tényezők, valamint az időbeli dinamika egyidejű vizsgálata.
